Following on the heels of an incredible show last week, Cause A Scene would like to invite you back out to The High Watt tonight for another evening of excellent music. This time we are lucky enough to be presenting a bill that truly showcases all the talent this town has to offer, with four bands that call Tennessee home. Headlining the evening is Phantom Farmer, a Nashville songwriter with a voice whose deep resonance boasts country roots and possesses a haunting and hollow identity. Add to that songwriting that draws influence from genres spanning indie, folk and even southern gospel and you have a sound that makes Phantom Farmer a one of a kind Nashville act.
Also playing this evening, are thee bands who hold deep southern roots, both in their music and their origins. The Kernal is a Jackson,TN-based singer-songwriter whose music draws influence from jazz to honky tonk, creating a uniquely “Tennessee” sound that is sure to sound at home in the heart of Nashville. Barlow, KY native, turned Nashville resident, Kelsey Waldon and the Nashville band Erin Rae & The Meanwhiles will be rounding out a fantastic lineup and a great night of music at The High Watt on Cannery Row. Tickets can be purchased here for $8. Doors are at 8:00PM. Show starts at 9:00PM.
